USB 3.0 so slowly establishing itself on the German market and from the house of Buffalo Technology, we now can you imagine the new and the same first USB 3.0 hard drives, which are now commercially available.
The new drives will appear under the names DriveStation USB 3.0 and are equipped with 1.0TB, 1.5TB and 2TB of storage space provided. In the trade these costs 189.90 €, 269,90 € and 369,90 € and added there is also a suitable PCI USB 3.0 card that can be upgraded with the USB 3.0 on older computers. The expansion card is shown here with a price of € 64.95.
With the new USB 3.0 technology, images at a speed of up to 125MB transfer per second and data transfer is thus approximately 3 times as fast as regular USB 2.0 hard drives.
